I’m not talking about live eagles but the eagle statues that once stood on Public Square outside the old Chamber of Commerce building. The eagles first appeared on Public Square in 1898 but left in 1955 when the Chamber building was demolished. They have been “living out their years” on a farm in Geauga county but are now for sale!
