There are many Cleveland area TV Stars returning to the airwaves this TV season. Here is a look at a few:
- James Pickens Jr. currently on ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy” is from Cleveland. He is a Karamu House alum. No other Northeast Ohio actor has had a longer run on a scripted prime-time series than Pickens; he has to returned for season 15 of “Grey’s Anatomy”.
- Martin Mull known for his roles on “Roseanne”, “Sabrina the Teenage Witch” and “Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman” (to name a few) will return to TV on Fox’s “Cool Kids” this season. He grew up in North Ridgeville.
- Carol Kane is a Cleveland native known for her Emmy winning role on “Taxi”. She stars on Netflix’s “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt”.
- Terrence Howard grew up in Cleveland as well. He was nominated for an Oscar for his role in “Hustle & Flow”. He currently stars in Fox’s “Empire”.
